Standard samples ship in 7–10 days after drawing confirmation. Production lead time is typically 15–25 days depending on quantity and coating system.

Pt suits precious metal plating and mixed O₂/Cl₂ duty; Ru-Ir for chlorine evolution (chlor-alkali, hypochlorite); Ir-Ta for oxygen evolution in acid (electrowinning, VCP lines). Yes — that is our core business. Mesh, plate, tube, rod, wire, welded assemblies and hangers, all per your CAD or sketch. Tab position and connection method are confirmed before coating.

Yes. Worn DSA anodes can be stripped and recoated, typically extending life through 2–3 cycles at a fraction of replacement cost — as long as the substrate is not over-corroded.

It varies by application: e.g. 3+ years in gold plating baths for Pt anodes. Every batch ships with accelerated life test data so you can qualify our coating against your current supplier’s.

Yes — neutral or your-brand packaging, your QC checklist, and blind shipment to your customers on request.

Typically T/T: deposit with order, balance before shipment. For sample orders we accept full payment in advance. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

DHL / FedEx / UPS for samples and small lots (3–7 days worldwide). Air and sea freight for production volumes, EXW / FOB / CIF as agreed.

Yes — engineering reply within 24 hours on working days. If an anode underperforms within its rated window, send it back for analysis; we replace or recoat.
